Information on the duty to provide information

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Contacting us

If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users.

The information thereby generated is transmitted to the provider’s server and stored there. You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored.

IP anonymisation

We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. This means that your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity and provide other services related to website use and internet use to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

Browser plugin

You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly. However, please note that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link:

Demographic features with Google Analytics

This website uses the “demographic features” function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that contain information on the age, gender and interests of website visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google as well as visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described under “Objection to data collection”.

Newsletter

You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we require your email address, first name, surname and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information on areas of interest, address, date of birth and, if applicable, further fields. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration.

You can cancel the newsletter subscription at any time. To do so, please complete the following form: Newsletter unsubscribe. We will then immediately delete your data related to the newsletter dispatch.

We integrate maps from the service “Google Maps” of the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The processed data may in particular include IP addresses and location data of users, which are, however, not collected without their consent (usually carried out within the framework of the settings of their mobile devices).
