Self-delivery:
Deliveries are made via the parking lot to Studio 1 with access via Hermine Jursa Gasse at the corner of Marianne-Hainisch Gasse.
IMPORTANT! You must unload your goods yourself or can book assistance before arrival.

You can book stand equipment and services in the exhibitor store. The store will be available from the beginning of June.

If you require a service for loading and unloading with your forwarding agent, please contact the trade fair team in advance at office@cultivahempexpo.com. ATTENTION: if no service is booked in advance, we cannot guarantee a smooth delivery.

Depending on the size of the stand, the exhibitor will receive the following contingent of exhibitor passes free of charge: 

• up to 10 m² 3 pieces each
• 11 to 20 m² 4 pieces each
• 21 to 30 m² 5 pieces each
• 31 to 50 m² 6 pieces each
• 51 to 80 m² 8 pieces each
• 81 to 100 m² each 10 pieces
• 101 to 150 m² 15 pieces each 

Exhibitor passes are only valid during the event. They permit the owner to access the exhibition grounds and halls usually one hour before the official opening times. These passes are intended exclusively for exhibitors and stand personnel. They may not be passed on to customers. Additional demand can be covered for a fee. 

You must dispose your waste yourself. The waste must be correctly separated and disposed of in the containers provided, otherwise a charge will be made.
After dismantling, the entire stand must be emptied. Stickers on the walls must be completely removed. If anything is left behind, the disposal costs will be charged.

Parking in the short-term parking zone is free outside the short-term parking zone hours from Monday to Friday from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM, as well as on public holidays and on Saturdays and Sundays.

The following parking spaces are available around the exhibition hall for a fee:
