IMPRESSIONS MARX HALLE

In 1877, the building, which is now a listed monument, was designed by the Viennese architect Rudolf Frey and completed in 1881 on behalf of the municipal council of the imperial and royal capital and residence city of Vienna as Vienna’s first wrought-iron construction. Once built as the Vienna Central Cattle Market, the historic building developed into a vibrant centre of the new district Neu Marx, which has established itself as a new hotspot in the event scene.
