STAND EQUIPEMNT

EXHIBITOR PASSES
The exhibitor passes will be issued during on-site check-in.
Exhibitor passes are only valid during the event. They grant the holder access to the exhibition grounds and event areas, generally one hour before the official opening times.
These passes are strictly intended for exhibitors and stand personnel and may not be passed on to customers or visitors. Additional passes can be purchased upon request.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Exhibitors are responsible for disposing of all waste generated at their stand.
All waste must be properly separated and disposed of in the designated waste containers. Failure to comply may result in additional waste disposal charges.
After dismantling, the stand area must be completely cleared. Any stickers, adhesive materials, or other installations on walls and floors must be fully removed.
Any items, materials, or waste left behind will be removed by the organizer, and the resulting disposal costs will be charged to the exhibitor.
